Measures To Be Taken For Healthy And Effective Practice

Precautions - Upa Yoga
  • People with any injury/disease/artificial joint replacement should consult a doctor before practicing.

  • Children should do upa-yoga very slowly and gently as the development of the body is still happening. Especially neck practices must be done slowly and without jerks.

🔴 Active Hernia Conditions

  • People with active hernia cannot do Advanced Upa-yoga.
  • If doing Squatting practice, must use 1-1.5 inch thick padding under heels.

⚡ General Conditions

  • Empty stomach condition required for the entire series.
  • 7 years and above for the entire series.
