Children should do upa-yoga very slowly and gently as the development of the body is still happening. Especially neck practices must be done slowly and without jerks.
🔴 Active Hernia Conditions
- People with active hernia cannot do Advanced Upa-yoga.
- If doing Squatting practice, must use 1-1.5 inch thick padding under heels.
⚡ General Conditions
- Empty stomach condition required for the entire series.
- 7 years and above for the entire series.
