Nadi Shuddhi, or “Cleansing the Nadis,” is a powerful yogic technique designed to purify the body’s energy pathways, known as nadis. These channels, including the Ida and Pingala, carry prana (life energy) throughout the system. When these pathways are clear, prana flows freely, leading to enhanced physical health, mental clarity, and emotional stability. Nadi Shuddhi involves a specific breathing practice that harmonizes the left and right energy channels, promoting balance and well-being.
